Steps to install WCS7.0

Step 1. Install IBM Install Manager 1.4 or above
Step 2. Install RAD using Install Manager
Step 3. Intall WAS using Install Manager
Step 4. Apply latest fixes of RAD and WAS
Step 5. Install WCS 7.0
Step 6. Run setupPlugins.bat and setup.bat
